We are a Licensed New Home Builder and a Licensed Home Improvement Contractor. Merkel Construction is fully insured for up to $2,000,000. We work with all Subcontractors who are fully licensed and insured, and have working relationships with many for over 30 years.

Living in the house while undergoing the addition was trying and uncomfortable but Brian was able to understand that and really tried to minimize our stress. Brian was also very up front with all the costs and included many extras that other contractors do not.
